Born in a small town outside of Sparta, Greece, Peter Nikkos arrived in the city of Chicago at two years old with his mother, father, brother and sister.

A true Spartan, Nikkos is fiercely loyal, ambitious and passionate about life. His hero was also one of his greatest teachers, his beloved sister Dimitra who, while stricken with Scoliosis and Fredrick’s Ataxia at an early age, always reminded him to celebrate who we are and what we have - not lament who we're not and what we don't possess.

True to his nature, Nikkos has quickly garnered a reputation for passionate work, true professionalism and a highly collaborative attitude.

When not in front of the camera, Peter channels his creative energy into writing poetry, short stories, screenplays and producing. Always the athlete, Nikkos still regularly plays soccer, does Yoga and will try any competitive sport. Philanthropy work includes the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children, the American Cancer Society, and AIDS Project LA (APLA).

Peter's short film "All We Had"
was selected for the
2009 Cannes Film Festival.
Peter appeared in a hilarious
closing bit with Kathy Griffin on the 2009 BRAVO A-List Awards.

Peter will be appearing in
"Secret America" on the
Discovery Channel,
coming Summer 2009.
